The Oban Bay is located on the edge of Dunollie Wood and the Esplanade overlooking Oban Bay and the Firth of Lorne.
 
Originally a large private house the hotel has been tastefully extended to include spacious and modern bedrooms, an open plan foyer lounge and bar.

Cancellations

• In the event of a no show or a cancellation with less than 1 day notice prior to the date of arrival, an amount equivalent to 100% of the total booking value will be charged.

A credit card is required to guarantee your reservation and payment is on check-out. In the event that your reservation is cancelled in breach of our policy we will charge the first nights stay to your credit card.
 
Smoking/non smoking rooms are request only basis, they cannot be guaranteed. Cots provided on request. Well-behaved dogs are welcome but must be a lead at all times and are prohibited from dining areas.
